A huge thank you to Stephen Hughes and his assistant Avani of Peppers LLP for helping me complete on an extremely difficult purchase of the Freehold on a probate property, where I was entitled to purchase it using a Section 13. This was complex in so many ways and in total it took 15 months to complete, throughout Stephen was extremely supportive and able to give measured responses to some unusual or difficult requests from the Probate Executives. This also required us to seek expert advice from Barristers, but thankfully in the end we were able to secure the property with the Section 13 and are now happily living in this amazing property. I really couldn’t recommend Peppers more highly. Thankyou.
