Wouldn't trust. Save yourself the hassle.. I still am having to chase my title deeds after endless mistakes and lack of communication. Fyi I purchased in June 2025!!!! 4 staff have left in the time I was dealing with this company.. All left without telling me I found out by auto email responses. I had to almost re start the process every time. I have refused my free will to be completed by them as endless errors seem to continue. Something is deeply wrong here with no leadership / organisation. If you want to ask questions be ready for "is it important?"
