Swinburne Maddison did the wills for both of my parents. When my dad passed away his will was found to have incorrect spellings for my mum's name and 3 others named in the will. They tried to blame an 83 year old man for not checking the spellings correctly when 2 of their staff, whose job it is to read these type of documents, signed the will and it was processed by their staff. I enquired about my mum's will and managed to find a copy that has different errors, both done on the same day. They cannot find mum's will on their system either. She was informed that she would need to instruct a solicitor to deal with the problem. Basically paying again for their total incompetence. Furious to say the least.
