My wife and I used SB Lawyers for conveyancing on our first house, and we were well looked after. Lisa and Abby-May were great at staying in touch which we appreciated, and both were excellent at explaining the process and all the forms in language that was easy to understand. Lisa was particularly helpful at the start, when I explained that my wife and I are neurodivergent and we were finding the whole process overwhelming, Lisa spent time on the phone with me, talking me through everything and really taking the time to make sure I understood what was needed of me. Even though I'm sure this was one of many transactions that were being handled at the same time, I do feel like we were given proper attention and the whole process was about as smooth as it could have been.
