Absolutely shocking solicitors. I know someone involved in accident more than 3 years ago and this solicitors have been absolutely shocking, haven't completed the claim, ignore messages, the solicitor is always off, or on holiday, doesn't get to speak to anyone other than reception. Absolutely shocking, DO NOT GO TO THIS SOLICITORS!!!! You expect them to be a local reputable company, absolutely shocking.
