Would give 0 if I could. Incredibly rude and incompetant. Our buyers instructed this pitiful solicitor. We accepted their offer in January. They instructed solicitors in February. It took them over 5 weeks to communicate with our solicitors. They only sent enquiries through to our solicitor less than 3 weeks before completion. They do not respond to phone calls or emails from our estate agents and just quite frankly haven't got a clue what a deadline actually means. If you want a stress free experience when buying or purchasing I would suggest you avoid them completely.
