Shockingly poor service, when challenged we were threatened with "extra costs". Oh course every delay was dismissed as us being impatient and the fault of HMRC or anyone else they could blame. We were also lied to too many times to mention. *** We have emails and details of communications to back up my comments in the this review. We have waited years to have a simple Probate case dealt with and to be quite frank we have had enough of Purely Procastinate and this is us drawing a line under it but if provoked we will be going to the law society and make this more formal***
