I give it one star is because it really make me disappoint at all. i tried to reach my handling solicitor Serhrish many time(i believe more than 20 times from my memory) however every time the reception said she is busy and she is off and she is unavailable. Then i tried to email her for the status of my case but no response sound like i am talking with the people doesnt exist. I have email lot of the time keep asking the progress but there is no response at all. I dont really understand why just want her reply an email is super difficult. Like today i reach again her, but the receptionist told me she is busy she is not available she is off.....bla bla bla..... anyway fine if she doesnt want to take my case she can just let me know at the day 1 before i reach PLS..... i can therefore find some body else to take care of my case instead of at the middle of the progress but no response and no progress for these two weeks.... PLS charge is not the most competitive but i still appoint you because of the review at Trustpilot then i appoint. And they like after engage then they add on top of the addition charge and turn out dont look like competitive at all. Everyone before engage with PLS please think before you appoint them if you can suffer with no response most of the time and the handling solicitor are always refuse to take your call and refuse to your email. I also need to post my review here for get contact with my handling solicitor to make them aware if my case and take care of my care that i did not think about it before i appoint them.
