I am writing this review to share my experience as a potential client visiting this firm. First impressions are critical, and unfortunately, the customer service here fell significantly short of professional standards.The front desk receptionist was consistently dismissive and condescending. His attitude and body language made it clear that helping visitors was a burden rather than a priority. Furthermore, he frequently left the front desk completely unattended, leaving people waiting without any direction.To make matters worse, when certain lawyers finally came out to look for their appointments, they did not greet anyone politely. Instead, they demanded names in a highly aggressive and confrontational manner. The overall environment felt incredibly unprofessional, tense, and unwelcoming. For a law firm that handles serious matters, I expected a much higher level of communication, respect, and organizational structure. I am deeply disappointed by this visit.
