Review: I would strongly caution anyone against using this firm, especially for cases involving local authorities. My experience with the fee-earner was one of deliberate obstruction and professional negligence. Despite providing clear, signed instructions at the outset, the firm repeatedly disregarded the core facts of the claim, appearing to actively favor the opposition's narrative over their own client's evidence. Communication is non-existent; I have been left without formal service of critical documents while the firm failed to secure necessary court extensions, leaving my case procedurally exposed. They seem more interested in acting as gatekeepers for the other side than performing the duties they are being paid for. They have been a total hindrance to justice and have consistently undermined my legal position. Do not trust them to follow your signed instructions or protect your interests.
