Gerald represented me recently on both a challenging sale, and also, the purchase of a property. Gerald is very much how I think a coveyance lawyer should be - educated, methodical and has considered British charm and humour (which is becoming increasingly rare). In summary the service was excellant and I am now in my new home. The advice was excellant, legally correct, and importantly, when I needed to speak to Gerald or the wider team (with special thanks to Judith) they were available on the phone. Their rates were also competitive (I secured quotes from four firms). Highly recommended in steering you through what can be a painful process.
