I was very disappointed with quality of service supplied by Sara. Communication was poor. My emails were often ignored and when I did get replies they were vague and lacked support. I turned up early for a meeting which she simply didn't come to. I got no email or phone call, just left outside in the street. I should have listened to my gut.
