I have dealt with Ayesha,nazish and Arif.apart from Arif both very inexperienced,lack of knowledge. They done my application twice, both times refusal cause of very minimal work on paperwork,not checked documents themselves at all finally I have paid thousands of pounds fees which gone wasted, and they put me in worse situation than I was. Anyway please guys don’t waste your hard work money as they don’t have confident, experience or knowledge at all.I hardly write negative reviews as people work hard but I have to be honest and don’t let suffer as immigration already so stressful so please think twice before you go. Very unprofessional service – wasted my money and caused serious stress I had a very bad experience with Zenith Immigration. Nazish and Arif were extremely unprofessional. Because of their poor knowledge and careless work, I received several refusals, which cost me thousands of pounds in fees. Their charges are also very high compared to other solicitors. My new solicitor formally requested my refusal files from them. By law they were required to send the documents within 28 days, but they did not send anything for months. When I tried to contact them, they kept passing my calls to each other instead of taking responsibility. I received no apology – only excuses and blame between themselves. Even now, the documents have still not been provided. The whole situation caused me a huge amount of stress and delay in my case. Please guys think twice before you go.
