Unfortunately it was not particularly helpful in my case because they did not explain clearly to me what the issue is with auction properties, and as a result they scared me away from a property I was considering, without a solid reasoning. At least to the degree I understood, and based on my experience with this office (via telephone & email conversations). Therefore I wouldn't recommend it, based on my personal honest experience, and I'm sharing this review with the intention to inform & benefit other clients and only.
