My sisters and I used this firm to manage everything from probate to the distribution of the proceeds from our late mother's estate and that of her husband. Absolutely shocking and inexplicable is the 3 and 4 1/2 years respectively it has taken to complete these transactions. Not to mention that we are still waiting for all the finalised legal documentation in this regard. Throughout, we experienced unexplained and intensely long delays. Our requests for information and transparency were often met with only partial responses or none at all. Mr Edward Kennard was ineffective in moving this process along expeditiously and failed to communicate with us appropriately. We felt abandoned and our complaints were inadequately answered or totally ignored. Gradually our trust in this firm was completely eroded and we have now referred our case to the Legal Ombudsman. In short we would NOT RECOMMEND this firm at all.
