7 months agoGoogleI had a very poor experience with Lowes Solicitors, specifically dealing with Tracey. Communication was inconsistent and I repeatedly found that calls and emails were referenced that I have no record of receiving. This made it extremely difficult to trust what work had actually been carried out on my case. I also had concerns about billing, as the costs appeared to increase based on alleged communications that I do not believe took place. When queried, the explanations were unclear and did not resolve my concerns. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and lacking transparency. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to keep detailed records of all communications and to scrutinise invoices carefully.
