I had 1 short initial phone conversation with Gareth Owen from Driving Solicitors, I then paid £500 over the phone. I didn’t sign and agreement or see a single document, when I requested a refund the next day (as I found a solicitor more suitable for me) he ignored my correspondence and kept my £500. I work on minimum wage, and £500 would have been half my monthly bills. This left me feeling very depressed, as I work so hard to get that kind of money together. :( Most definitely stay away, do NOT use, very unprofessional !
