Been dealing with different solicitors for the past 20 years I've never came across any solicitor as bad as t Peter Dunn Sunderland office! They asked for undertaking fee from my solicitor as a seller. Paid them then they came back to us saying they would need the undertaking from the buyers solicitor. So they paid them as well which means Peter Dunn got paid twice! Yet 6 months later the deal has not been done and every time I try to talk to them they say the solicitor that deals with the case either on holiday or not in the office! Worst experience.
