Called to inquire about notary services. Was given an email address and sent an email. They responded asking to send through the documents and they could quote me. I did so, 3 business days passed and sent a follow up email however still no response and then visited offices block in which they situated. Receptionist phoned through explaining who I was and reason for visiting and was told to no one was available to assist as I had no appointment. Extremely unprofessional service, would have thought at that point I would have got a response to my email. Would definitely not recommend them, completely ignored all my attempts to assist me with a very straightforward request.
