Extremely unprofessional, called in regarding a letter that was dropped at our premises to do with a company that is clearly no longer here and nothing to do with us. Explained to an initial admin person this business is no longer here and if this can be updated on their side. I was then passed on to an EXTREMELY rude and aggressive person who claimed “it’s a Friday and I’m disturbing her with something that doesn’t make sense” she then proceeded to gaslight the situation when clearly the tone was normal. If this is how they deal with someone who’s calling in to say they’ve made a mistake and wanted to just simply inform them of this, I would highly recommend avoiding this firm.
