I would give no stars if this was an option. They cancelled my appointment 6 times (sometimes just didn't happen and I had to chase them) when they rebooked my last appointment they advised I would get a call at 9am to confirm my appointment at 10am this didn't happen neither did my appointment. After this I didn't even contact them back as I couldn't be bothered with another fake apology. Once is an accident more is unprofessional. I was in an extremely vulnerable situation and they were aware of this and still messed me about. I am not one for complaining but following the situation I was in that they were aware of and still cancelled more appointments. Very unprofessional avoid at all cost.
