Excellent experience from start to finish. The attention from solicitors at Bingham and subsequent dealings later was always smooth, helpful and to the point. No time ever felt wasted. Repair works to my property was fast and prompt from the minute my case was opened. (Since being approached by Bingham and trusting the process) Everyone at my housing association suddenly became responsive and on their feet! I now find that any repairs I raise are promptly dealt with. I would especially like to give a shout out to Hannah, who took on a lot of the admin and made sure the outcome and compensation was quick and fair.
