I knew how important it was to have a good and professional solicitor especially when purchasing a property. The property agent recommended Bargate Murray firm to me and Mr Nicholas Maestri who’s the Director, head of property represented me. I was a first time buyer and knew nothing about any procedures, requirements and laws etc but Mr Maestri took me on and led me through the way. I got annoyed at some points because I didn’t understand why such checks or procedure were needed but he would explain to me in a polite and professional manner to let me realize why things had to be done in certain ways. Mr Maestri was so responsive no matter what questions I asked. He was also very efficient and got a lot of things done in such short time (believe me there are actually so many things they need to check). I was only buying a small and inexpensive studio flat which was probably worth 20% of the properties that he normally dealt with but he made me feel like the most important client. Some of my friends had bad experiences with their solicitors but I was very lucky to have Mr Maestri helped me through this.
