These solicitors may think they are serving their clients well, but when you are on the other side of the fence and receive letters from them on behalf of their clients, they consistently fail either to reply to letters requesting more information, or to return phone calls when asked. They are always “unavailable” or in “meetings”, and time just goes bye! I am beginning to think Mr Michael Miller doesn’t actually exist! Not all their clients are in the right and when this happens it is frustrating and just plain bad practice! I personally would not ask them to handle any matters on my behalf!
