I found my experience with this firm incredibly patronizing. Dealing with housing issues is stressful enough, but I was met with a condescending attitude instead of professional support. When I tried to bring up specific advice I had received from Civil Legal Advice (CLA), the solicitor was dismissive and challenged the information without actually listening to me. It felt like my concerns were being talked down to rather than addressed. I expected a partner in solving my legal problem, but instead, I felt judged for seeking outside help. I would not recommend this firm if you are looking for someone who treats clients with basic respect.
