I needed them to update some documents that I held with this solicitor, so I email my contact and got on auto reply back saying she only worked part-time so please bear with her. Two weeks later, realizing I'd not had a response, I emailed her again and also copied in "Reception" who replied saying that that solicitor hadn't worked there for over 18 months Reception then came back to me saying I can make an appointment to see the replacements solicitor , I gave them various dates & time options and that was the last I ever heard from them - a month later & still no response . And me an existing customer!! What a completely useless firm of solicitors. I've now taken all of my business elsewhere
