Genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company. They’re excellent at making promises at the start, but once you’re signed up, the communication completely disappears. For months I’ve been trying to speak to my case handler, Adrian. Every call is the same — “he’s busy” yet somehow never available, and never returns a single message. I’ve left multiple requests for a call back and received absolutely nothing. It honestly feels like your case just gets parked and forgotten about. If this is what “professional legal support” looks like, I’d hate to see unprofessional. You end up doing all the chasing, with no updates, no accountability, and no sense that anything is actually progressing. If you’re with Admiral insurance, just be prepared if you ever need a solicitor, this is likely what you’ll be dealing with. Overall, a complete waste of time and a very disappointing service.
