Terrible experience with Jeffreys & Powell acting as solicitor for a flat purchase in London in February 2021. I wish I could rewind time and choose another solicitor. Yes they are one of the cheaper options on the market, but for good reason. Very slow and sometimes completely unresponsive to calls or requests for updates via email after the first couple of weeks. And for me, they failed to identify some major works on the building which are projected to cost £15,000+ in the upcoming years. If you are looking for attention to detail and good communication, pay a little extra and AVOID this company at all costs!
