Would you like to be represented by solicitor who doesn't know when tax year end? In March my solicitor received enquires regarding current(management co) accounts So we educated her tax year hasn't end yet However sale date pass 5 April And she didn't ask again Have they been so important then? I was directly affected by they speed 215+ days to sell property Would you like to be represented by solicitor who don't cooperate with third party ? After weeks been quiet She send another round of enquires "5" minutes before Christmas cut off So we lost another 2/3 weeks From day one on reversing gear As example After few month she send enquires -would you please confirm white goods r in good working order(really?) When she receive reply she gone quiet for weeks Each enquires after reply results in weeks waiting Be careful who you appoint as your representative I'm sure they are good professionals up there Unfortunately my solicitor had "luck" work with someone completely opposite
