Not the best experience. We was contacted 18 months after we'd bought our home telling us we needed to pay and additional £330 because of their administration error and failure too properly check and notify us of some registry certificate that was needed by land registry. They wouldn't even come too an agreement too at least stand half the additional charges due too their incompetence. I will not be using Jackson Quinn in the future.
