We used Clough & Willis for our property purchase. As first time buyers we were unsure what to expect, but by the end of the process we had full trust in Lorraine. Lorraine and her team, Stephanie & Cath, provided constant updates when necessary and we had full trust that we did not need to tirelessly chase to ensure things were moving along. Although our process was slightly longer then originally anticipated (around 6 months), this was at no fault of Lorraine & team. Lorraine is diligent and thorough, and she made sure we did not fall foul to any sneaky issues within our purchase.
