Really poor experience. They manage the freehold of my flat (part of a block - with a shared freehold) we needed them to do -one quick email to confirm how the buyer would join the freehold. After 3 emails went unanswered, I finally got through to the lawyer - he assured me it was a '2 minute job' 3 further chaser emails and phone calls - nothing.
