I recently use this firm on a case in Oct 2025, I have been building myself to writing a review as I'm now suffering from the outcome. I have never been in trouble by the law, so this is very overwhelming for me. I would explore your options before choosing them. In my circumstances I didn't have enough time to find a firm and ended up sticking with them. They were able to suggest advice but if you needed more with a fee. The solicitor they sent on my case just come off holiday. She didn't review any CCTV footage or my paper work. She just read the paperwork on the day. Still did not view the footage. She gave me recommendation on how to pled due to the chance on what it might look like. I took the advice as I trusted it as I was so overwhelmed. Yes she was a lovely lady but she could have easily done more, I now know this on having a second opinion. It just seemed like a show up and get paid. My conviction ended up in fines which could have been worse but still not the best. I was not aware I could appeal within 14 days, i found that out later due to late paperwork they sent me about a month ago after the conviction. With a halfhearted apology. So what I am really trying to say here is rethink your options and explore them first before choosing them.
