Had the unfortunate event of getting this person as a duty solicitor who has the worst communication ever. Any call you get a "please send a text" message back and despite texting already you have to chase multiple times with the same lame reply. Didn't want to disassociate from my case as advised by court themselves and multiple solicitors and asked if I knew the court process, like hello isnt that what a solicitor is for??? New solicitor and myself sent various emails/calls/texts with nothing in return, in the end they only came off my case when he was threatened with court costs. Avoid.
