If you ever wanted to be discustingly talked down to by a solicitor in less than 4 mins of a conversation, then go ahead and use this solicitor, my strong advice is avoid this woman and go elsewhere, all they are interested in is how much the potential will is worth, not even a free 4 minute consultation, just if you want my advice then send in documents and pay a thousand pounds for looking at a will. I never usually use strong language but her arrogance, the fact of no politeness even though it's someone you lost and no free legal advice, just give me your money if a thousand pounds upfront with no free initial consultation which when trying to explain......money money money first. There are no free consultations with this solicitor by my own personal experience. Discusting, rude, arrogant and aggressive tone. Save your phone càll and time.
