I've used Ware & Kay, specifically Holly and Gill, a few times now for conveyancing/Help to Buy redemption and have always been incredibly happy with the service. Holly and Gill are both really clear and prompt in their communications and they're really proactive in keeping in touch as well and keeping you up to date. We hit a few complications at the end of the sale and Gill was amazing, she really took the burden off me and was incredibly persistent in getting everything through, keeping me informed and importantly keeping me trusting in the process which kept my spirits up! You really feel that they care about their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
