One star is the lowest I could give but if there was an option of none, they would have got that. Although Kenneth Bush are not acting for us but they are acting for our vendor and our vendors sale, the service and response is diabolical. The delay by one of the directors (we believe her to be) is beyond disbelief. I would never use their conveyancing team or purchase another property by anyone else using them. Expect non responses and long delays which are completely unnecessary. Avoid at all costs. .
