We are very satisfied with the service we received from Underhill. At the end of 2024 we started the process of selling our property and buying a new one and instructed Underhill to do this on our behalf. The communication was excellent and we were informed at every stage of the process. I want to say a special thanks to Lilly who was fantastic even coming in on her day off to make sure contracts were exchanged on the date we requested. We asked if we could complete before the stamp duty increase and we were not disappointed as the sale went through a month before the deadline so we were very happy. We love our new home and Lilly made the process much easier and less stressful. We would not hesitate to use this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends.
