We had this solicitor for the buyer of our property! If you see them for your property purchase, you should demand that your buyer does not use them, they do not reply, they say that they are in meetings constantly. They are very unprofessional. Our solicitor could not get through to them and they caused delays unnecessarily. Our buyer could not even contact his own solicitor, neither could our estate agent, our buyer had to threaten to leave in order to get their attention. I do not recommend and suggest you run a mile if you know anyone who is using them.
