I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I instructed them to act on the purchase of an off-plan property and paid their legal fees in good faith. After carrying out part of the legal work, they unexpectedly informed me that they could no longer provide legal services for the project. No meaningful explanation was given, leaving me to find a new solicitor partway through the transaction. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was no offer of a partial refund, despite the engagement ending before the matter was completed. This resulted in additional costs, unnecessary delays, and the inconvenience of having to onboard a new legal representative at short notice. I appreciate that firms may occasionally have legitimate reasons for withdrawing from a matter. However, I expected far better communication, transparency, and a fair approach to the fees I had already paid. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend their services, particularly if you’re looking for consistency and reliability throughout an off-plan property purchase.
