I couldn't have had a better experience with Hattan Solicitors, and on both occasions I used them was with Zahra Ali. I was appealing being grossly overcharged by the CMS - on both occasions I worked with Zahra I was a walk in customer, and she was both charming and accomadating, making time for me at short notice on both occassions. I was representing myself in the case, but being neuro-divergent with both ADHD and Dyslexia, I needed help to construct my written case with evidence to the courts. Zahra essentially and effeciently helped me structure my response and evidence in a way that I wouldn't have been capable of on my own. This gave me the confidence to go to the court on my own, given that I knew I was appealing honestly and my evidence was as complete as it could be. A big thank you to Zahra, I unaminously won all my cases which highlighted the CMS Financial Investigations Unit grossly over estimated my earnings by not including any of my business expenses when making their calculations, they just used my incomings despite my appeals to them. Now having the court rule in my favour I feel completely vindicated and await my compensation through this verdict. Thank you Zahra.
