Ben Darby said that it was not right that I said that his client was 'stealing' money from us when his agent had admitted he had mistakenly illegally taken money from us and that Ben Darby had said he would not make him return it to us. I do not understand why this is not stealing (taking and not returning money) unless he meant it was fraud (the crime of getting money by deceiving people). He would not reveal his client's identity (because of client confidentiality), thus ensuring that we could not sue for the money. I am confused and not impressed. I also know that we have been paying rent to a person who can not be identified - I'm really surprised that is lawful, but Ben Darby says it is! Five stars for protecting his client and zero from me for making sure I have lost £2,800 and for being forced to pay rent to a 'nobody'.
