I had a very disappointing experience with this firm regarding my wife's spouse visa application. I approached the firm during a very difficult and stressful period in my life. I was referred by an accountant who spoke highly of the services and professionalism offered, so I trusted them to handle what I believed was a straightforward application. Unfortunately, the application was refused. During one of my final meetings before the application was submitted, I recall an assistant expressing concerns about the strength of my case, while I was reassured that everything was in order and that the application could proceed. Looking back, I wish those concerns had been discussed with me in greater detail so I could have made a more informed decision. The refusal resulted in significant financial loss for me, which I estimate at around £5,000 when considering professional fees, application costs, and related expenses. More importantly, it caused considerable emotional stress and delayed my ability to reunite with my wife, as I had to wait another year before making a fresh application. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that after the refusal, I prepared and submitted a new application myself the following year, without legal representation, and my wife was granted the visa. This left me questioning the quality of the advice and service I received, especially given the confidence with which I had originally been told my case was ready to proceed. Overall, I felt that my case was not assessed with the level of care and expertise I expected. The financial loss, delay, and emotional stress caused by the refusal had a significant impact on my family, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
