Unfair. I requested their support for my application for British citizenship. I was given a quote of over £4,000 plus VAT plus any other charges from the government. I felt it was too much and I declined and I did the application myself. The application was successful and I can say the time and effort required was minimal. If I had to charge someone for what I had done for myself I wouldn’t have asked for more than a few hundreds pound. I understand they are not a charity but I felt they were just exploiting (not helping) migrants in London. They should be more transparent and charge for the actual effort required by the task, not overcharging to get as much profit as possible beyond what’s fair and reasonable
