I fully recommend Mahadi and his team at Vivash Brand Solicitors to anyone having to deal with Leases (Deed of Surrender, Renewal leases) etc. As a landlord, I deal with these every few years. In my recent end of tenancy case, the team were brilliant in making sure all the outstanding repair work had been done and the property cleaned to my satisfaction before they could move on to completion. The process took a long time but the solicitors were steadfast, did not compromise, and got me the best outcome. They also got all rent and insurance arrears paid up to, and including, the day of completion.
