I would strongly advise anyone to seek independent advice before using Prowse Phillips Law Ltd. I approached this firm when my credit rating was around 850, expecting professional help to resolve debt issues. After using their services, my credit rating dropped to around 100, I lost access to multiple credit facilities, and my financial situation became far worse than when I first contacted them. Instead of helping resolve my debts, the process left me in severe financial difficulty and I ultimately lost my car. The service did not deliver the support I believed I was signing up for and the outcome has had serious financial consequences. When I raised a complaint about what had happened, I was simply told they had “done their job.” Given the impact this has had on my finances and credit record, I found that response extremely dismissive. I have now spoken with Citizens Advice and begun legal proceedings to recover my losses. The matter has been passed to legal advisers and is progressing through the appropriate channels. This experience has been extremely distressing and I would urge anyone considering this firm to fully understand the consequences and seek independent financial advice before signing anything. That assertion is incorrect and appears to be based on an incomplete search of your own records. The experience described in my review is genuine and relates directly to my dealings with your firm.
