From my recent experience I would not recommend any involvement with this company. One of their Directors and Data Protection Officer found to be rude, dismissive and lacking any sign of social grace or candor. If you atempt to complain to Coomber Rich as their complaint policy invites, they seem to note complaints as harasment. If you do opt to use this company and speak with them, It is likely well worth audio recording calls for your own personal benifit. They seem to have a habit of altering narrative to suit them. I am very glad I kept a reccord of all my calls with all their staff to share with the SRA I'n due course. I feel it rather sad that companies like this exist.
