I just want to say how amazing this firm of solicitors is. They truly go above and beyond. My family has been using them for years for a variety of matters, and we’ve always received outstanding service. Communication is excellent — whenever I message Vik, he always gets back to me, even when I’m just asking for advice and not officially on their books! That really says a lot. Louise is also incredible. She gives 100% to everything she does. I’ve recommended this firm to many people, and the feedback has always been fantastic. A few weeks ago, Louise really stepped in to help me, offering guidance on how to submit an appeal for someone who was with another firm but receiving very poor service. I spoke to her again today to thank her, and she took the time to update me on the law and reassure me that I can reach out anytime if I’m unsure. Although today’s verdict was upsetting, we now know where we stand and can move forward to the next step.
