I first worked with Leanne 19 years ago when she was at Moving Ahead, handling both the sale and purchase of our home. I was so impressed with her professionalism, efficiency and friendly approach that I always said if we ever moved again, I'd want Leanne looking after us. Well, we completed our move yesterday, and true to my word, I chose Leanne again, this time at Fort Tayler Solicitors. Moving house is never a stress-free experience, especially when you're part of a chain, but having Leanne handle both our sale and purchase was like having a rock in the middle of the chaos. Throughout the process she was approachable, proactive and incredibly efficient. While other solicitors in the chain seemed to be caught up in delays, outstanding reports and even "our files are too big to send" IT issues (in 2026, really?), Leanne just quietly got on with the job. She kept everything moving, dealt with issues professionally, and gave us confidence that our side of the transaction was always in safe hands. It's rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression that you remember them nearly twenty years later and actively seek them out again, but that's exactly what we did. I'm delighted we did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leanne to anyone buying or selling a property. If we ever move again (although hopefully not for a while!), she'll be the first person I'll be contacting.
