Kaizen Law acted as the solicitors on my accident claim and I am grateful for the work they did in getting the matter resolved. The claim took longer than expected, but that was mainly because the third party were slow in dealing with liability and the settlement. I do not put that delay down to Kaizen Law. Claire Jones dealt with my file and helped progress the legal side of the claim. She explained the position clearly, kept the matter moving and helped get everything over the line. In the end, the claim was settled and payment was received. I appreciate the help and support from Claire and the team at Kaizen Law.
